STW Fashion Group Inc., the company behind WHEN SMOKE CLEARS® and Born on Fire®, is seeking an Operations & Production Intern to support the brand’s growing production, inventory, and fulfillment systems.
This role works directly under Andrew Diaz within the Operations Department and offers hands-on experience inside an independent luxury/streetwear fashion company operating across wholesale, e-commerce, manufacturing, and live activations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in learning how fashion businesses operate behind the scenes beyond design and marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with inventory organization and stock tracking
- Supporting order fulfillment and shipment preparation
- Helping maintain production and delivery timelines
- Assisting with warehouse and studio organization
- Supporting inbound and outbound logistics
- Tracking samples, purchase orders, and production updates
- Preparing products and materials for launches, activations, and market appointments
- Assisting with operational reporting and internal coordination
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Interest in fashion operations, production, logistics, or business infrastructure
- Familiarity with Shopify, spreadsheets, or inventory systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Must be dependable and detail-focused
