Are you passionate about women’s fashion and love seeing products come to life online? The Blue Door is seeking a Fashion Product Coordinator to be at the heart of our e-commerce operation. This is a full-time, in-office role perfect for someone who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and bringing fashion products to our customers in the best possible way.
This is a hands-on position within our corporate office where you’ll collaborate with stylists, photographers, and our online team to ensure each product is accurately described, perfectly presented, and ready for our customers to fall in love with.
Our office team is made up of hardworking team players who collaborate in a close-knit office environment. We look forward to welcoming the newest member of our #BDdreamteam and #BlueDoorFamily.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No weekends or holidays
This position is in-person only (not remote).
Responsibilities
- Write clear and accurate product descriptions using appropriate fashion terminology
- Physically count incoming inventory and enter accurate quantities into the inventory management system
- Ensure product details and sizing information are correctly recorded for online listings
- Work alongside stylist to plan each day’s product launches and online offerings using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with organizing daily product launches to create an appealing online shopping experience
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with The Blue Door’s brand voice
- Help maintain inventory accuracy between the warehouse, retail store, and website
- Stay familiar with current fashion trends and terminology to accurately present products to customers
- Inspect new product arrivals to ensure they meet quality and fit standards
- Assign creative, on-brand product names for new arrivals
- Assist with other operational or office tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and basic inventory systems
- Excellent written communication and grammar
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- Appreciation for and interest in women’s fashion
Starting pay rate: $15/hour
