The Company
Our client is a multi designer women’s boutique. They carry a wide array of brands imported from around the world, including Marc Cain, Cambio, Sarah Pacini, and Sosken. They work with each client to find clothes that fit their personal style and comfort.
Role Overview
As a Fashion Retail Associate, you will be responsible for delivering personalized customer service and creating an exceptional shopping experience for every client. You will work directly with customers to understand their unique style preferences and help them select high-end designer pieces that enhance their personal collection.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and engage clients warmly as they enter the boutique
• Provide personalized styling advice tailored to individual customer preferences and comfort
• Develop deep product knowledge across all imported and featured designer brands
• Assist with inventory management, restocking displays, and maintaining a clean visual aesthetic
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale system
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits
Qualifications
• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally within a boutique or fashion environment
• Strong passion for high-end fashion, styling, and current industry trends
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide an attentive, high-touch customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work dynamic retail hours including weekends and peak shopping periods
