Job Type: Part Time/Full-Time (5–6 Days Per Week)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable in-store shopping experience.
- Style customers by putting together complete outfits and offering fashion recommendations.
- Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, and other social media content showcasing SoleBoy clothing.
- Model outfits and appear comfortably on camera for videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Help drive in-store traffic and sales through creative content and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Keep fitting rooms clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Process and return merchandise to the sales floor after customer try-on sessions.
- Replenish inventory and organize new apparel shipments.
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays.
- Support the sales team by locating merchandise and assisting customers.
- Complete operational tasks as needed to support the overall store.
- Arrive on time, stay productive, and maintain a strong work ethic throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, streetwear, and current trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends is a major plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Available to work 5–6 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience styling customers or working in fashion retail.
- Experience creating viral or engaging social media content.
- Photography or basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Passion for streetwear, and fashion culture.
