Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting clothing items that meet their needs and preferences
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting
- Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in fashion merchandising and retail sales.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the sales floor efficiently
- Previous experience in retail sales transactions and customer service excellence
