THE OPPORTUNITY
Our OPT and No Rest For Bridget stores in Costa Mesa are looking for sales associates and key holders to be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and completing various tasks on a daily basis for the store to run smoothly. To be an impactful member of a high performing team in a successful growing company. This is a part time position at 15-30 hrs/week.
THE ROLE
- Greet and provide excellent customer service while upholding NRFB shopping experience standards
- Build customer relationships through top notch service, styling guidance, and NRFB brand promotion
- Keep a sense-of-urgency pace while executing daily operational tasks such as go-backs, pricing, replenishing, and organizing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay informed and up-to-date on NRFB product knowledge as well as fashion trends in the market
- Represent the brand appropriately through communication, personal style, and work ethic
THE QUALIFICATIONS

- Highly interested in trends and styling with an elevated fashion sense
- A flexible schedule with some weekday and weekend availability (subject to current store needs)
- Experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift, lift up to 20 lbs, bend and reach to move product
