THE OPPORTUNITY
Our store in Newport Beach is looking for sales associates to be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and completing various tasks on a daily basis for the store to run smoothly. To be an impactful member of a high performing team in a successful growing company. This is a part time position at 15-25 hrs/week.
THE ROLE
- Greet and provide excellent customer service while upholding NRFB shopping experience standards
- Build customer relationships through top notch service, styling guidance, and NRFB brand promotion
- Keep a sense-of-urgency pace while executing daily operational tasks such as go-backs, pricing, replenishing, and organizing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Stay informed and up-to-date on NRFB product knowledge as well as fashion trends in the market
- Represent the brand appropriately through communication, personal style, and work ethic
THE QUALIFICATIONS

- Keen eye for detail and organization
- Highly interested in trends and styling with an elevated fashion sense
- A flexible schedule with some weekday and weekend availability (subject to current store needs)
- Experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to stand for duration of shift, lift up to 20 lbs, bend and reach to move product
