Established in 2004, No Rest For Bridget is a leading women’s fashion retail chain with stores in Orange County, Los Angeles, Boston and San Francisco. We offer the newest fashion for women on-the-go with a mix of multi-brands and in-house brands that are work-ready, travel-tested and weekend-versatile.
In our 10th year in Boston, our store on Newbury St has become an established super popular destination for wide range of customers including Boston college students, international travelers, mom and daughter shoppers, etc. The store is busy and we have full of tasks to accomplish.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Sales Associate/Keyholder/Shift Lead to be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and completing various tasks on a daily basis for the store to run smoothly. To be an impactful member of a high performing team in a successful growing company. This is a part time position at 15-30 hrs/week.
THE ROLE
Greet and provide excellent customer service while upholding NRFB shopping experience standards
Build customer relationships through top notch service, styling guidance, and NRFB brand promotion
Keep a sense-of-urgency pace while executing daily operational tasks such as go-backs, pricing, replenishing, and organizing with accuracy and attention to detail
Stay informed and up-to-date on NRFB product knowledge as well as fashion trends in the market
Represent the brand appropriately through communication, personal style, and work ethic
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences through meaningful genuine interactions

Positive, willing to learn and grow, and motivated to perform in fast-paced environments
Highly adaptable with an exceptional ability to multitask

Keen eye for detail and organization
Highly interested in trends and styling with an elevated fashion sense
A flexible schedule with some weekday and weekend availability (subject to current store needs)
Experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not required
