About Us
101 Studio is a New York-based concept store representing independent designer brands and our in-house label. Beyond retail, we are expanding into PR, showroom services, fashion events, and content marketing.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-store customer service and styling recommendations
- Daily sales and store operations
- Backend tasks, including inventory management and product organization
- Product merchandising and visual display maintenance
- Create and appear in social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Assist with photoshoots, campaigns, pop-ups, and fashion-related events
- Support website and online store operations when needed
- Complete other operational tasks assigned by the team
Requirements
- No work authorization requirement (H-1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Fashion retail, merchandising, styling, PR, marketing, or related background preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility and execution
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Willing to appear on camera for content creation
- Able to lift and organize inventory when necessary
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and follow operational procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion retail or luxury retail
- PR, Fashion, Marketing, or Design background
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu
- Chinese & English communication skills preferred
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $3,500/month
- Performance-based bonus
- H-1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates
