We are a fun clothing and accessories “Temple of Love” boutique. Voted Best of d Best of Ashland (Oregon) multiple times.
We are looking for a Retail Stylist to serve our “LoveTribe” family of clients to select fun, flattering, beautiful outfits. A great host(tess), as it is often a party of friends, will ensure all feel satisfied, happy and at peace.
Retail Stylist responsibilities include providing one-on-one customer service, recommending items and creating complete looks that excite our customers. If you enjoy serving people and have a flair for fashion and know how to style outfits to flatter all body types, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us maintain our good reputation among existing LoveTribe customers and further grow our tribe/clientele.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers as they enter our store
Identify clients’ needs and help them find clothing items that fit and enhance
Pick and recommend accessories that complement clients’ outfits
Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions, prices and discounts
Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
Skills
Proven work experience as a Retail Stylist or similar role in the fashion industry
Sales experience in clothing and/or accessory retail stores is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to create looks for different styles, occasions and body types
able to learn simple point of Sales with an eye for mistakes (as things get input wrong at times).
Additional certification in Fashion or Merchandise is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
