Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and assist in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
– Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries
– Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
– Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction
– Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-Must have a valid driver’s license
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
– Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– Proficient in retail math calculations
– Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
– Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
