Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories that enhance their personal style.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Merchandising and inventory support.
- Assisting in the every day ins and outs of running the boutique
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fashion environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
