Job Summary
We’re expanding and seeking a team member to help open our new store! We’re looking for a motivated, fashion-forward, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our new boutique team located at Shops of Legacy. If you love fashion, glam, and helping others feel confident and stylish, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Sales Associate / Stylist, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated shopping experience, engaging with customers, curating outfits, and supporting our brand’s social media presence. Immediately Hiring – will be able to open store (11 am). Bonus = Earn Tips – Set in POS system!!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, offering styling tips, and building genuine connections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all sales transactions, including returns and exchanges.
- Curate and maintain a visually appealing boutique environment through merchandising and daily organization.
- Stay on top of fashion trends and share your knowledge to inspire customers and drive sales.
- Support in-store promotions, product launches, and boutique events with energy and professionalism.
- Engage with our brand’s social media by creating content, snapping in-store photos, and sharing fashion insights.
- Upsell and recommend complementary pieces to create complete, styled looks for customers.
- Assist with receiving shipments, tagging new arrivals, and keeping the stockroom organized.
- Step into a leadership role when needed by helping supervise part-time staff and ensuring store standards are met.
- Answer customer phone calls and messages with excellent phone and messaging etiquette.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or boutique sales preferred.
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and helping others express their personal style.
- Strong social media awareness; ability to assist with content creation (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Energetic personality with excellent communication and people skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply to serve our diverse clientele.
- Basic math and POS experience is essential for sales transactions and inventory tracking.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with occasional supervisory duties.
