Located in the heart of campus, we’re the go-to boutique for students looking for curated fashion, trend-forward styling, and a fun shopping experience. We’re a small, fast-moving team where personality matters, energy matters, and customer connection matters most.
The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Sales Lead who genuinely loves fashion, styling, and selling. This is not a sit-in-the-back-office management role — you’ll be on the floor creating relationships with customers, building head-to-toe looks, driving sales, and helping set the tone for the entire store.
The right person is confident, extremely OUTGOING, fashion-obsessed, and thrives in a high-energy environment. You know how to turn a browser into a loyal customer and make people feel amazing when they walk out the door.
What You’ll Do
- Create an elevated, fun, and highly personalized shopping experience
- Style customers and help build complete looks
- Drive sales through strong customer connection and product knowledge
- Help lead and motivate part-time stylists on the floor
- Keep the store visually fresh and trend-forward
- Assist with day-to-day store operations including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks
- Collaborate with the owner and social media team on content ideas and brand presence
What You Bring
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
- Strong sales ability and confidence interacting with customers
- A natural eye for styling and current trends
- High energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Understanding of the college demographic and student shoppers

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
