We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their fashion and beauty needs. You will be responsible for creating personalized styling experiences that enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a flair for fashion, and the ability to work effectively in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.
Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that align with current trends and individual styles.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
Build a relationship with the client and send new inventory as they come in.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals is a MUST and maintain a positive work environment.
Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills in customer service and sales techniques.
Bring in new clients via social media and your network.
Work at curated events at the store.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or luxury rental.
Strong POS experience.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in serving diverse clientele.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
A passion for fashion, trends, and helping others feel confident in their style choices.
Experience supervising or mentoring others is a plus but not required.
