The Role:
We are looking for an organised, efficient and commercial-oriented fashion stylist to join our London office. With a high interest in women’s and menswear e-commerce photoshoots, the candidate will bring creative ideas and a lively flare to our Styling team.
Responsibilities:
Work on e-commerce photoshoots getting through an average of 60 samples per day
Prep their set, steaming and pulling clothing and accessories from our in-house wardrobe
Source styling items that will be used in different shoots and are cost-efficient
Create inspiring and relevant outfit match-ups for different customer ranges, balancing personal preferences and brand requirements
Train assistants and other stylists on brands’ and photoshoots’ requirements/strategies
Support the Styling Manager on administrative duties like budget control, data recording and reports
Align with Styling Assistants tasks assignment alongside Styling Manager
Be accountable for maintaining our styling wardrobe organisation
Seasonably optimise the styling wardrobe
Make sure the wardrobe is tidy and the set is left organized at the end of the day
Keep personal reshoot rate under 1%
Create style decks for lookbooks and campaigns
Be involved in sample management which englobes tracking, unpacking, hanging, damage checking and accurate sample check-in process
Cover Styling Assistants annual leaves and sicknesses
Requirements:
1 year or more of experience in a similar role
Capable of achieving daily targets in a fast-paced environment
Able to follow strict guidelines from multiple brands with different customer backgrounds
Strong styling portfolio with e-commerce photoshoot experience preferable
Able to work alongside photographers and co-direct models
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
