Role Description
This part-time, on-site Fashion Stylist role is based in Hingham, MA. The Fashion Stylist will engage with clients on the sales floor, offering personalized styling advice, creating complete looks, and assisting with wardrobe building for everyday wear, special events, and seasonal updates. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, recommending products that align with their style and needs, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the boutique is organized and inviting. The Fashion Stylist will also support sales by communicating product features, processing transactions, and contributing to client loyalty through attentive customer service and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe skills, with an eye for contemporary and designer trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport and deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to recommend products, upsell thoughtfully, and meet boutique sales goals.
- Background in retail fashion, boutique or luxury sales, or personal styling is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hingham, MA, including weekends and peak shopping hours, and to stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation, with a collaborative and professional attitude.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
