We’re looking for a passionate, style-savvy team member to help create unforgettable shopping experiences at Bobbles & Lace. This role goes beyond retail—it’s about building community, curating fashion, and bringing energy to everything we do in and outside the boutique.
Responsibilities
-Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized styling for each client—from head to toe (training provided)
-Execute opening and closing procedures including register counts, bank deposits, and securing the boutique.
-Actively participate in team meetings to stay aligned with company updates and initiatives.
-Participate in ongoing team trainings to grow skills in styling, merchandising, social media, and more.
Qualifications
-A passion for fashion, styling, and helping others feel confident in what they wear
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients and the community
-Outgoing, positive attitude with a love for connecting with people
-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including eweekends
-Team player who enjoys collaboration and continuous learning
**Must be available on weekends**
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
