Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and retail sales, with the ability to create an engaging shopping experience for our clients. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their selections.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are stocked appropriately.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in merchandising and stocking is a plus.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Supervising experience is beneficial for managing team dynamics.
