Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a fashion stylist/sales rep. You will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy working with people and sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
– Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits
– Assist customers with purchasing decisions and process transactions accurately
– Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings
– Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
– Build strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business
– Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Requirements:
– Fluency in English is required;
– Proven experience in retail apparel
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to effectively communicate information about fashion trends to customers
– Basic retail math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
