About The Role
SwapIt seeks a part-time junior stylist who will help our customers look and feel great every day. Responsibilities include:
Providing personalized assistance to shoppers including answering any style questions.
Building great long-term relationships with clients
Being knowledgeable about SwapIt’s services, explaining and promoting them
Merchandising and keeping the store tidy and organized
Using our check-out system to complete transactions
About You
You don’t need to have a ton of prior experience: SwapIt has a distinct philosophy and training method to help you excel at the job. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission and that everyone can be happy in their clothes. This is a great position for anyone who loves fashion and people!

Must be responsible and able to work independently.

Training and growth
This position has a clear path to professional growth. Position starts as a general team member, after three months eligible for formal evaluation and promotion to stylist. From there you can take a management path or a senior stylist path. We work with you to train, to improve and inspire you to do your best work.
Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time role starting at 6 hours a week. One weekend shift and one evening shift. $15 per hour, plus you can take home 2 clothing items from the store at every shift.
We are small with big ambitions to grow. Expanded hours and responsibilities are possible as we grow.
