Duties
- Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that align with their personal style and needs
- Provide expert styling advice, including outfit coordination and trend recommendations
- Conduct product demos to highlight new arrivals and key features of merchandise
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising and stocking efforts
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Process transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems while ensuring accurate cash handling
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, including phone etiquette
- Supervise team members when needed, providing guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or fashion styling, with supervising experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in bilingual settings to connect with diverse clientele
- Excellent Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Persistent client outreach and task management
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell merchandise confidently
- Skilled in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus for understanding fast-paced retail environments
- Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and cash register operations
- Professional phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone courteously
