Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Store Director/Fashion Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a fun, welcoming environment for our clients. As the Assistant Store Director you will be responsible for a proactive styling experience, assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their personal style and needs, while also oversee day-to-day store operations along with the Director.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients and proactively assisting them with their styling needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer personalized styling advice.
- Assist and curate Social Media strategy, both content and online selling.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring they adhere to store policies and provide quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or restaurant/bar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for managing inventory and sales reporting.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
