Nikki’s Beachhouse is Hiring a Top-Tier Sales Associate
We’re not looking for a typical retail associate – we’re looking for a natural salesperson who knows how to connect, style, and close.
At Nikki’s, our team doesn’t just sell clothes – we create a full experience. From swimwear to accessories, every client who walks in should feel styled, confident, and taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage every customer with confidence and warmth
- Build full outfits and style clients head-to-toe
- Drive sales through product knowledge and intuition
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Consistently hit and exceed personal sales goals
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Loves fashion, styling, and putting looks together
- Is confident, outgoing, and naturally persuasive
- Has strong communication skills and reads people well
- Thrives in a commission-based environment
- Takes initiative and stays proactive on the floor
- Has previous retail, sales, or hospitality experience (preferred)
Bonus If You:
- Are active on social media or love creating content
- Stay on top of trends and styling
- Are motivated by making money and growing with a brand
Compensation:
Hourly + commission (top sellers significantly increase their weekly earnings)
