Our client, a popular shapewear and activewear brand, is looking for a TEMPORARY Wholesale Coordinator to assist their team on-site in LA’s La Cienega Heights!
Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Input, monitor, and update customer orders in the system, including handling adjustments, cancellations, and special orders.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the liaison with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments, ensure timely delivery, and handle returns or damages.
- Account Support: Serve as contact for wholesale accounts, providing product information and resolving issues.
- Sample Management: Handle showroom inventory, including tracking, labeling, and shipping samples for trade shows and buyer meetings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain sales tools, update CRM data, and assist in generating reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and stock movements.
Requirements:
- Experience with NetSuite, Excel, EDI.
- Must have wholesale apparel experience.
- Must be comfortable working a temporary assignment (4 months with possibility for extension).
