Position Overview:
We are seeking a talentedfemale Fashion Modelto join ourin-houseteam and play a key role in showcasing our women’s clothing collections on our e-commerce platform. As a Fashion Model, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring our garments to life through captivating imagery that resonates with our target audience.
$22.00 – $25.00/hr. – depending on experience
This is afull-time, long-term position.
– Size 10 to 12 and height 5’2″ – 5’9″
**THIS IS A MODELING POSITION**- candidates will be asked to submit photos/selfies (without IG/Snapchat filters) and their measurements as part of the interviewing
process.
Responsibilities:
Wearing and Showcasing Clothing:Modeling for still photographs and videos in ALB clothing and accessories, in accordance with our brand’s image and guidelines, for use on our website, app, and social media platforms.
Video Clips:Recording energetic short videos (Reels / TikTok) describing the clothing’s fit and feel for use on our website, app, and social media platforms in an effort to help sell our merchandise.
Professional Development:Reviewing their own photos and videos, as well as those of competitors, to continuously improve their professional development and performance.
Professionalism:Maintaining a positive attitude to foster a great work environment.
Photoshoots:Models will primarily be responsible for taking their own photos using ALB iPhones (iPhones are on tripods for selfie style photos) and other equipment.
Content:Models will need to demonstrate versatility in expressions, postures, and moods to capture the essence of the brand and products.
Collaboration:Working closely with photographers, clothing stylists, and marketing team members to create captivating visual content.
Preparedness:Models are expected to show up to work “photo ready” (makeup and hair styling not provided by ALB).
Travel:Models may occasionally do local and/or out of state “on location” photo shoots with our staff photographers.
Requirements:
Size 10 to 12 and height 5’2″ – 5’9″
Must have 2+ years of proven experience as a professional fashion model, preferably in e-commerce or commercial settings.
Natural photogenic qualities with the ability to convey a range of emotions and attitudes through facial expressions and body language.
In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and industry standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Acting and/or dancing experience a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent – associate degree or higher preferred.
Completion of a modeling course or training program a plus.
Ability to work quickly and on your feet for an entire shift. This position requires a high volume of outfit changes per shift.
Must work well with others in a very fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be a hard-working self-starter who values constructive feedback.
