We’re seeking an immediately available Finance Assistant for an initial 2 months with a well-known luxury retail brand.
You’ll be supporting the Accounts Payable team within Finance Operations, focusing on chasing internal stakeholders for invoice queries, goods receipts, and purchase orders. The role will primarily involve working in Excel and coordinating with teams across the business to ensure timely processing and resolution of outstanding items.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, finance administration, or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently chase and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Must be available to start immediately (not on notice)
