FIT MODEL (SIZE 12)
Maggie Sottero Designs is one of the most recognized and sought-after bridal gown designers and manufacturers in the world. Maggie Sottero Designs is looking for a fit model for regular, full-time, benefits-eligible employment.
The Fit Model’s primary function is to try on sample wedding gowns so that design staff may review the style and construction of the gowns. This requires a specific body type, the ability/desire to make multiple clothing changes during the workday, and ability to communicate information about the fit and feel of the dress.
Qualifications:
Must meet specific physical measurements/requirements for size 12:
Height: 5’6″ – 5’8″
Bust: 39″
Waist: 31″
Hips: 41.5″
Must be able to stand on feet for several hours at a time
Must be able to communicate in English
Qualifications:
Due to the nature of the position, incumbentsmust be able to maintain applicable physical requirements and will be measured frequently to ensure continued employment
This is a full-time position
This position will also be cross trained to assist in steaming gowns, assist the design assistants, QC dept, advertising, and warehouse as needed when not trying on sample wedding gowns. Fittings comprise of roughly 40% of the job while 60% are these other tasks.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Ability to travel domestically and internationally to China and other areas outside of Utah is required (2-3 weeks per trip, 2-4 trips per year), including having a valid Passport .
