Responsibilities :
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and implementing quality control measures.
- Managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Preparing project reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
- Creating BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
- Create construction vendors tenders to find the best fit for the current project.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in architecture, civil engineering or interior design
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in commercial/retail architecture (fashion industry preferred).
- Experienced in store design concept, have created 3D Visual and detail drawing for the store design.
- Having basic MEP knowledge, including lumen calculations for store lighting design.
- Proficiency of 3D modeling with SketchUp, Enscape for 3D rendering, and 2D technical drawings with AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge of building materials and interior finishing.
- Ability to work with multiple projects and different stakeholders.
- English proficiency (both verbal and written)
