We are seeking a Flexible Part-Time Stylist to join our team. Position Summary
As a Flexible Part-Time Stylist, you will help support store operations during peak business periods, weekends, holidays, and coverage shifts. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist with styling customers, maintain visual standards, and help create a welcoming shopping experience that reflects the SHOPSXC brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, personalized shopping experience
- Recommend clothing, accessories, and complete outfits based on customer needs and preferences
- Support fitting room operations, including styling assistance, sizing recommendations, and product suggestions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visually appealing displays
- Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and featured products
- Communicate customer feedback, low-stock items, and operational needs to management
- Support the team during weekends, holidays, special events, and coverage shifts as needed
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional last-minute coverage opportunities
- Professional appearance that reflects the SHOPSXC brand
Schedule & Availability
- Approximately 5–15 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs and employee availability
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Ideal for students, freelancers, hospitality professionals, creatives, or individuals seeking supplemental part-time hours
