Job Description:
BLUMEN is looking for a talented and creative Florist, Florist Designer, Event Florist in Jeddah to help design and execute beautiful floral arrangements for events, weddings, private gatherings, corporate setups, and luxury floral installations.
We are looking for someone with strong taste, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure during event setup days. The ideal candidate understands flowers, color combinations, event styling, and how to create premium floral experiences for clients.
Responsibilities:
Create floral arrangements for events, weddings, booths, tables, entrances, backdrops, and installations.
Prepare flowers before events, including cleaning, cutting, conditioning, and organizing.
Assist with event setup and teardown.
Work with the creative team to match the client’s theme, color palette, and event concept.
Maintain high-quality presentation and cleanliness.
Manage flowers carefully to reduce waste and keep arrangements fresh.
Support with inventory, materials, vases, tools, and floral supplies.
Requirements:
Experience in floral design, events, weddings, or luxury flower arrangements.
Good sense of color, styling, and visual balance.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Based in Jeddah.
Arabic and English preferred.
Photography/content skills are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Wedding floral setup experience.
Knowledge of premium flowers and seasonal availability.
Ability to create modern, elegant, and luxury-style arrangements.
Experience with large-scale event installations is a strong plus.

الحفاظ على جودة وشكل الترتيبات.
تنظيم الأدوات، الفازات، المواد، ومخزون الزهور.
المتطلبات:
خبرة في تنسيق الزهور أو الفعاليات أو الأعراس.
ذوق عالي في الألوان والتنسيق.
القدرة على العمل في أوقات مرنة، خصوصًا في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.
الالتزام، التنظيم، وتحمل ضغط العمل.
الإقامة في جدة.
إجادة العربية والإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
