Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Florist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Florist will design and create floral arrangements and bouquets for daily orders, events, and corporate clients, ensuring high aesthetic standards and consistency with Bliss brand guidelines. Responsibilities include selecting and conditioning flowers, maintaining inventory and display areas, and preparing arrangements for delivery or in-store collection. The Florist will consult with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations on flowers and designs, and support event and wedding décor setup when required. The role also involves collaborating with team members, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and contributing creative ideas for seasonal collections and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with an eye for color, balance, and composition.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to develop unique concepts, adapt designs to client preferences, and contribute to seasonal or event themes.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, understand their requirements, and provide friendly, solution-oriented support.
- Candidates should possess Decoration skills for in-store displays, hotel contracts, and event or wedding setups.
- Experience working as a florist, floral designer, or in a related creative retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle periods of high demand such as holidays and wedding seasons.
- Basic knowledge of flower care, handling, and storage, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and a commitment to a professional, inclusive workplace.
