Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in UAE for both a Florist and a Senior Florist. The Florist will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Florist will have additional responsibilities, including overseeing junior staff, managing inventory, coordinating larger events and decorations, and assisting in the development of floral design concepts.
Qualifications
Skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design
Strong Creativity Skills
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Experience in Decoration, especially for events
Professional certification in floral design is a plus
Effective communication and team management skills for Senior Florist position
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Floral Design, or related field is beneficial
