Hours: 42 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career in professional floristry whilst gaining a nationallyrecognised qualification.

No previous floristry experience is required. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity, astrong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

As part of our team, you will gain experience across all areas of the business, including retail floristry,weddings, events, customer service and online orders.

Apprenticeship Training

You will complete the LANTRA Level 2 Florist Apprenticeship through The Floristry School.

Most of the apprenticeship is completed through a combination of hands-on learning at Gardenia andweekly online sessions.

Occasional in-person training or assessment days may be required throughout the programme.

  • Able to work in a busy retail environment
  • GCSE English and Maths required for apprenticeship enrolment.
  • Applicants should be able to travel reliably to Wimbledon for early starts, weekend shifts and busy seasonal periods.
