Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Florist to join our on-site team near the north of Bucharest.
The role involves:
- creating bouquets and floral arrangements
- contributing to event setups and floral installations
- interacting with clients in the atelier
- caring for and organizing flowers and materials
- supporting workshops and creative projects
- helping maintain a warm, organized, and welcoming studio atmosphere
We are looking for someone attentive, creative, and experienced, who works carefully with both flowers and people, and who enjoys being part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience in floristry and floral design
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sense
- Customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with event styling or decorations is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt in dynamic situations
- Physical stamina for event setups and handling floral decor elements
- A genuine care for quality, atmosphere, and client experience
