Role Description
Analyze sales data to inform product development and marketing strategies. Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to create new FMCG products or improve existing ones. Ensure that products meet quality standards and consumer expectations.
An FMCG manager is responsible for the development and marketing of products for a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
They need to be able to analyze market data and consumer behavior to make informed decisions.
They also need to be able to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
They should have strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and partners.
They should have a deep understanding of FMCG marketing techniques.
They should have the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Skills and qualificationsÂ
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
An MBA or advanced degree
5-7 years of experience in FMCG, product management, or a related field
Previous experience in a managerial role
