Overview:
We’re looking for a Footwear Design Consultant to work exclusively with one of the world’s top footwear brands HQ’d in Beaverton, Oregon. You will develop a training methodology that allows them to achieve value quickly and ultimately bring Gravity Sketch into their professional workflow. You will work closely with the users and management where you will garner a deep understanding of their workflows and position Gravity Sketch as an innovative solution to their design challenges.
This role is crucial to achieving our vision of disrupting the design process in a positive way, and you will be part of the team that builds out this proposition from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Customer consulting, training and engagement
Dig in deep with the customer to understand their current workflow, how Gravity Sketch can help different users’ needs and what type of support will be needed
Use your expertise to own creation and execution of the methodology and curriculum for how to best onboard and support our customers throughout their journeys
