Typical Responsibilities
- Manage footwear development from prototype through production.
- Coordinate daily with China factories on samples and production.
- Maintain production calendars and critical paths.
- Track material and component approvals.
- Review and approve pre-production samples.
- Resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
- Coordinate inspections and shipment schedules.
- Provide status updates to sales, sourcing, and management teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
