Responsibilities
Develop and articulate the company’s vision, mission, and strategic direction.
Oversee all aspects of product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling visuals for branding and marketing materials.
Manage product management processes including sourcing materials, production planning, and quality control.
Collaborate with designers to illustrate concepts using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and CAD software.
Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to enhance distribution channels.
Lead marketing efforts to promote products through various platforms and drive sales growth.
Foster a creative work environment that encourages innovation and collaboration among team members.
Qualifications
Proven experience in fashion retail or a related field is essential.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD software.
Ability to sew or understand garment construction is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in product management with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell ideas effectively.
