We are working with an early stage sustainable FashionTech business who are looking to hire a Founders Associate to work alongside the CEO. This is a phenomenal business that is aiming to turn textile production on its head in a charge towards a more sustainable future.
What you’ll be doing:-In short, you’ll be doing a bit of everything, its a start-up after all. You will work closely with the Founder to support them in every aspect of their role from administrative tasks through to playing a crucial role in the growth and development of the business. You will be a fast learner with a growth mindset and you must be happy to “roll up your sleeves” and get stuck in.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be heavily involved in admin support, ranging from developing and maintaining critical reporting systems through to acting as a go-between between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
You will be a go to for Research & Analysis staying on top of industry trends, market analysis, competitor landscape etc. You also need to be handy with numbers as you’ll play a key part in producing company reports and other necessary board packs/investor decks.
You will be expected to (and want to) lead on company communications drafting and editing press relesaes, organising and coordinating showcases and product demonstrations as well as representing the company at wider networking events.
You will manage multiple projects in the business and will be charge with developing project plans, timelines and ensuring internal alignment.
What we are looking for:-
You’ll have 5+ years of work experience, ideally with previous experience in Fashion, strategy consulting/IB/Law or within a start-up.
A clear interest in and passion for sustainability and innovation in fashion.
You’ll have a fierce bias towards action and will be used to moving quickly to get things done.
An entrepreneurial mindset. Ultimately you’ll play a defining role in the success and continued growth of the business.
You’ll be an analytical whizz, used to turning numbers and reports into insight.
You’ll be an expert communicator used to dealing with varying levels of seniority.
