We are starting in Dallas with the goal of helping retailers, boutiques, and brands offer faster, more convenient delivery experiences to their customers. Our mission is to make local retail more accessible, more connected, and more competitive in a world where customers expect speed, convenience, and reliability.

We are moving from build mode into traction mode, and we are looking for a founding-level operator to help us make Dallas successful.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Founding Market GM / Head of Growth & Launch to own our Dallas rollout from the ground up.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. This is a founding team opportunity for someone who wants to help build a company from zero to one, earn meaningful equity, and play a major role in shaping how Style.re launches, grows, and scales.

The mission is simple:

Make Dallas work.

That means signing and activating retail partners, driving early customer adoption, helping manage launch operations, gathering customer feedback, tracking traction, and turning Dallas into the playbook we can use to expand into San Antonio, Austin, and Houston within the next three to four months.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for helping Style.re gain real market traction in Dallas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing the Dallas retailer pipeline
  • Reaching out to boutiques, fashion retailers, local brands, and commerce partners
  • Conducting in-person visits, calls, demos, and follow-ups
  • Helping onboard and activate early retail partners
  • Driving early customer adoption and usage
  • Supporting local launch operations and customer experience
  • Identifying what is working, what is not working, and what needs to improve
  • Tracking weekly traction metrics, including partner signups, activations, orders, customer feedback, and retention signals
  • Helping build the launch playbook for future Texas markets
  • Working directly with the founder on growth, fundraising readiness, and city expansion strategy

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with founder-level energy.

The ideal person is a builder, operator, seller, and problem-solver. You do not need everything figured out before you move. You are comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, fieldwork, and direct accountability.

Compensation & Equity

This is an early founding team opportunity.

Style.re is currently pre-seed and preparing to raise financing. This role is equity-based initially, with the goal of converting founding team members to salary after the company completes its pre-seed raise.

We are targeting a pre-seed raise in the second half of the year to support market expansion, product development, operations, and team compensation.

Because this is a founding team role, equity will be tied to commitment, contribution, vesting, and performance milestones.

First 90-Day Mission

In your first 90 days, your goal will be to help Style.re:

  • Launch and validate the Dallas market
  • Secure early retail partners
  • Activate real customer usage
  • Generate traction data for investors
  • Build a repeatable market launch process
  • Prepare for expansion into San Antonio, Austin, and Houston

This role is about creating proof.

Proof that retailers want this.

Proof that customers will use this.

Proof that Dallas can work.

Proof that Stowery can scale.
