Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Fragrances, excellent customer service skills, and a knowledge of notes and ingredients for Fragrances. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing personalized fragrance advice and scent recommendations to our customers.
Duties:
– Assist customers in selecting Fragrances that suit their scent preferences
– Provide fragrance advice and mixing tips to help customers create unique scents
– Keep up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and product offerings
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Process customer transactions using the POS system
– Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing
Requirements:
– Previous experience in retail sales, preferably fragrances
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Proficiency in English
– Knowledge of retail math principles for handling transactions accurately
– Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
