Job Title:Internship for assisting Marketing & PR

Reporting Structure:Report to Marketing Director, FRED Japan
Main Responsibilities:
Assist lease of samples to editors/stylists in our showroom
Assist Database management
Collect competitors’ AD&PR, communication activities
Assist in administrative duties to prepare Maison’s PR & Media activities
Assist in building & updating media lists & database
Assist clipping of our brand’s articles
Assist reporting
General administrative support (faxing, filing, copying, mailing, invoice processing etc.)
Assist Merchandising team (data transfer, receipt of products, ship products to boutiques etc.)
Job Requirement:
Fluent level Japanese and basic level English is required
Communication skills and willingness to learn
PC skills ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Availability /Duration:
From Feburary, 2025
At least 5 months with a potential extension of up to 1 year
2-3 days a week (3.5 to 7 hours per day)
Basically working in the office
