Title
FP Print Team Design Coordinator
Reports to
Print Team Design Director
Overview
Central to this role is supporting the print team with administrative tasks and simple design related tasks.
Responsibilities
Strike offs
Managing incoming strike offs (via email AND in person) and keep team on track to comment
Set up strike off comparison sheets so print designers can comment and send for approval
Update Tech Pack with strike off approvals/comments
Enter prints combos and images in BOM
Print Planner
Updates Microsoft Planner with weekly tasks by 11:30AM Tuesday
Updates any changes/allocation information as needed throughout the week
Calendar
Manage calendar – manage color meeting dates/times
Put X dates on calendar and maintain 3 months out at a time
Communicate important calendar changes to the team
Invoicing
Managing print invoices
Ordering Supplies
Order ink and paper for printer and other supplies for team as necessary
Process/Trend
Manage and update OneNote with new vendors, processes etc
Help to update print website for trend
Manage physical samples for print team – able to pitch basic pantones as needed
Scan physical samples as needed
Manage NYC fabric roll inventory spreadsheet
Manage any special admin projects/tasks as needed from team leaders
Shared DC Duties
Take turns with other DCs to manage incoming submits
Take turns sending packages
Job Skills
Background in print/textile/color/fashion design
Experience in Excel preferred
Knowledge of Adobe programs preferred
Strong organization skills
Detail oriented
Self-starter and solution seeker
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-based environment
Excellent communication skills with flexible, positive attitude
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Surface Design, Illustration, or related discipline
