As we continue to grow, we’re hiring a Freelance Brand Assistant to work closely with the founder. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will be varied, with no two days the same. You will assist with a range of tasks across different areas of the business, from admin and operations to creative and marketing support. If you’re eager to learn, highly organised, and have a creative mindset, this could be the perfect role for you.
WHO YOU ARE
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Willing to get stuck into anything and take initiative.
A fast learner with a proactive and hardworking attitude.
Some creative skills (e.g. graphic design, or social media) would be a plus.
Interest in jewellery or fashion in the eCommerce space.
Based in London, UK
Able to commit to 24 hours per week max, spread throughout the week (flexible hours).
Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with day-to-day brand operations and admin tasks.
Supporting the founder with various projects across marketing and logistics.
Managing supplier communications, ensuring smooth relationships, timely deliveries, and addressing any supply chain issues.
Managing emails, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
Handling customer service inquiries and ensuring a great customer experience.
Creating basic graphics for social media/email marketing (Canva is fine).
