About: Biche is a soon-to-launch luxury grooming brand that uses vet-approved formulas, pet-safe scent, and thoughtful design to build bonding rituals for animals and their humans.
Role Summary: The Digital Content Manager & Creator will have the opportunity to own and shape Biche’s digital presence from day one, building an engaged community on the brand’s Instagram and TikTok before Biche goes to market (launching Q1 2026). The ideal candidate is a plugged-in self-starter who has a strong understanding of luxury beauty and fashion, from major designers to emerging brands to micro-influencers. A love of dogs is a must!
Responsibilities:
Define the brand’s content pillars, themes, and messaging
Create and execute a strategic content calendar — 3x Instagram posts/week and 2x TikTok posts/week
Track engagement and optimize content accordingly
Identify opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborative campaigns
Stay up-to-date on trends in beauty/wellness, fashion, and pop culture to keep our audience engaged and our content timely
This is a remote role with the exception of content shoots and occasional in-person activations. Applicants must be based in NYC.
The workload will be around 10 hours a week, with the potential to grow into a full-time role post-launch. Start date: June. Compensation is a monthly retainer.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a social media role (experience at a fashion and/or beauty brand is a huge plus)
A creative thinker with impeccable taste, a strong grasp of luxury, and a deep understanding of internet culture
Excellent writing and communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to use design tools — Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
Comfortable creating video content both behind and in front of the camera
Must provide a portfolio of your previous social media work — photos of your dog are optional but encouraged!
