I’m working with a growing clothing brand that’s about to undergo a full product transformation — shifting its entire range to organic cotton and natural fabrics.
This isn’t just a design role — it’s an opportunity to help redefine the product offering from the ground up.
They’re looking for a Technical Fashion Designer to work closely with the founder, taking creative ideas and turning them into production-ready collections, while playing a key role in shaping how the brand evolves into a more premium, natural-fabric space.
This will start as a part-time contract (2 days per week) through to the end of the year, with a clear path to move into a full-time role as the brand scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate creative direction into high-quality, production-ready tech packs
- Own sampling, fittings, and product development end-to-end
- Advise on fabric selection and material direction, with a focus on organic and natural fibres
- Work directly with the founder on product vision and execution
- Play a key role in building a more premium, elevated product line
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in fashion / technical design
- Strong background working with natural fibres (organic cotton, bamboo, Tencel, cotton blends)
- Proven ability to create detailed, production-ready tech packs
- Hands-on experience managing fit, sampling, and development
- Based in Dubai (in-person fittings required)
