Duties
Provide a variety of beauty services including haircuts, coloring, styling, nail care, and skin treatments.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Perform hair threading and other specialized techniques as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build relationships.
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide innovative services.
Assist with tattooing services if qualified and licensed.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license in the state of practice.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Experience in nail care, hair threading, and other beauty services is preferred.
Knowledge of social media management to effectively engage with clients online.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
