Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of international production for women's tops including fabric and product development.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Tech Design, and Merchandising to meet delivery and sourcing needs.
- Support end-to-end product development for international exclusive programs and ensure timelines are met.
- Monitor production statuses and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
- Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of related experience in production coordination or management.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with PLM systems such as Nu Order or Bamboo Rose.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
