Company Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a freelance Social Media & Content Manager to join a growing fragrance house based in London. You will have the opportunity to work across two exciting brands: The Lab Co, a non-toxic fragranced home homecare bath & body care, alongside a new contemporary luxury perfume brand launching this summer.
Day-to-day role:
• Shooting and editing video content – from BTS to UGC-style content, creating a range of engaging formats for Instagram and TikTok
• Managing and scheduling posts across social platforms
• Community management, including responding to comments and messages
• Attending occasional events to capture real-time content when required
• Supporting content planning and contributing creative ideas aligned with brand identity
• Shoot day once-twice per month with team to capture content in house
Requirements:
• Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content across social platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Based in or able to travel to London for events and content capture
Nice to have:
• Background in fashion, beauty, wellness, or the arts
• Experience working with luxury or lifestyle brands
• Basic photography skills and a strong visual eye
• Familiarity with content planning tools and analytics
